No Save Point – Hazy IPA
Brewed in collaboration with Interboro
- Brooklyn, NY, USA
- 6.5%
- Base Recipe: Hazy IPA with oats with Citra hops, Amarillo hops, Mosaic and mosaic
The history with Interboro brewery runs deep. Our very first collaboration was Stay G-O-L-D with Jesse Ferguson, co-owner of Interboro. It’s been history ever since.
No Doubt that Jesse and his team created an IPA with a hop combination that’s beyond just any IPA. This No Save Point beer is a hazy IPA with Citra, Mosaic (kettle) dry hopped with Citra & Mosaic and Br 1 hops. Haven’t heard of Br 1 hops? They’re fairly experimental, new, and basically pure pineapple punch.
“This beer pours hazy, more dusty than digital, with a pillowy white foam. Aromas of peach, mango, and pineapple explode out of the glass with flavors following aromas, and a touch of dank weed. Brewed with Pilsner, wheat, and oats. Fermented with ale yeast harvested from Night City. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Bru-1 hops, double dry hopped with Citra lupulin dust.” – Interboro
