Our first collaboration, Stay Gold IPA, stepped on the scene in 2017. We developed this beer with former Def Jux manager Jesse Ferguson, and current owner/brewer at Interboro Brewing in Brooklyn.
This is a textured, hazy, juicy NE style IPA that’s big on hop aroma.
We brewed other “Stay Gold” collaborations, all inspired by and riffing off of Jesse’s OG recipe.
